Global Residence Programme for non-EU in force
The Global Residence Programme Rules came into force as of 1st July 2013 (L.N. 167 of 2013). They are supported by relevant amendment of the High Net Worth Individuals - Non-EU/Non-EEA/Non-Swiss Nationals Rules and, as a result, introduce a more available system for third countries individuals seeking for Maltese residency.
